Aug. 19 - Agenda 21 - Ray Cunio will speak on the UN measure known as Agenda 21 and how it is being implemented at the federal, state and local level. Ray has been working this issue for twenty years. He is on the planning and Zoning Commission in Franklin County and was able to "single handedly" stop them from participating in the "sustainable development" plans that were proposed to be adopted for Franklin County.
